Purpose:
A proposal for the extension of North Lancashire Contract and Agreement to Principles of Variations for North and East Contracts for Supported Living Services to people with a learning disability.
Decision:
County Councillor Tony Martin, the Cabinet Member for Adult and Community Services approved the recommendations set out in the report.
Subject to the approval of recommendations by the Cabinet Member for Adult and Community Services, the Deputy Leader of the County Council approved the waiving of Procurement Rule 6.1 and approved the extension of the existing contract for North Lancashire as set out in the report.
