Purpose:

The purpose of this report is to recommend that each property be declared surplus to the County Council's requirements and offered for sale on the open market.

 

Decision:

The Leader of the County Council approved the recommendations as set out in the report.

 

This decision should be implemented immediately for the purposes of Standing Order 34(3) as any delay could adversely affect the execution of the County Council's responsibilities. The reason for this is to enable the properties to be entered into auction at the earliest opportunity.

It is considered that in all the circumstances of the case the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
