The report sets out the disposal by informal tender of 0.179 hectares (0.44 acres) of land at Bannister Lane, Eccleston, Chorley.
County Councillor Jennifer Mein, the Leader of the County Council approved the recommendations as set out in the report.
This decision should be implemented immediately for the purposes of Standing Order 34(3) as any delay could adversely affect the execution of the County Council's responsibilities. The reason for this is to enable sale contracts to be entered into with purchasers as soon as possible.
