Cabinet received a report in line with the County Council's procurement rules, setting out a recommendation to approve the commencement of four procurement exercises:

  i.  Provision of Day Time Support Services

  ii.  Lancashire Teaching Agency – Provision of Supply Services to Schools

  iii.  Supply of Water and Wastewater Services

  iv.  Supply of Catalytic Regeneration Systems – Clean Bus Technology (Revision to procurement process)

Resolved: That the commencement of the procurement exercises as set out in the report for the following areas

  i.  Provision of Day Time Support Services

  ii.  Lancashire Teaching Agency – Provision of Supply Services to Schools

  iii.  Supply of Water and Wastewater Services

  iv.  Supply of Catalytic Regeneration Systems – Clean Bus Technology
