Issue - meetings

In accordance with Standing Order No 22 the Chair has agreed that this item be dealt with at the meeting as an Item of Urgent Business. The reason for the urgency is to enable the County Council to determine the matter by the deadline of 1 November, as set out in the report.

Cabinet considered a report in relation to Norden High School in Hyndburn. This item was dealt with as an item of Urgent Business to enable the County Council to determine the matter by the deadline of 1November, as set out in the report.
