Issue - meetings

As the Board held on the 9^th July 2019 was inquorate the attached Note sets out the recommendations of the Board members who were present at that meeting for the consideration and approval of the Board. The Minutes of the meeting held in April 2019 referred to in the note are also included.

The Chair reminded the Board that the last meeting had been inquorate and asked members to approve the recommendations set out in the Note.

Resolved: That the Note of the meeting held on the 9^th July 2019 is confirmed as an accurate record and the recommendations contained therein are approved.
