County Councillor David Howarth considered and approved a reduced Local Member Grant of £350 to Penwortham Town Football Club towards the cost of a mess tent.
The reason for the reduction is because the Councillor has received a reduced budget for this year's scheme and the club activities only partly take place within his division.
