County Councillor Malcolm Barron considered and rejected a Local Member Grant of £200.00 to The Twirlys towards the cost of new computers, ink and paper for the printer and rent for the weekly sessions.
The reason for the rejection is that County Councillor Barron does not see how this would benefit the residents in his electoral division.
