County Councillor David Howarth considered and rejected a Local Member Grant of £820 to St Catherine's Hospice towards temporary sleeping facilities.
The reason for the reduction is that Councillor Howarth feels the application is not in keeping with the spirit of the Local Member Grant scheme.
