County Councillor Yousuf Motala approved a reduced local member grant of £200 to Preston & Western Racial Equality and Diversity Council towards the Annual Preston Standing Together Against Racism Community Day event.
The reason for the reduction is that CC Motala wishes to support as many groups as possible within his limited remaining funds.
