We are pleased to announce that we have been able to prevent the cessation of this service.
Service 113 will now become one of a number of bus routes in
Lancashire that form part of a network that we subsidise to keep as
they do not raise enough money to be operated on a commercial
basis. The contract to provide the replacement bus service has been
awarded to Stagecoach, so there will be continuity in terms of
operation and ticketing.
