The Cabinet is requested to give approval for
an annual contribution of £80,000 to be made to the
Lancashire Environment Fund from the Environment Capital Programme.
The contribution will be used to augment contributions to the
Lancashire Environment Fund made by landfill operators to provide
grants to community organisations in Lancashire to carry out
locally identified, environmental improvement and community
projects including; community buildings, community centres, village
halls, parks
