Pennine Reach: Making (Signing and Sealing) and Advertising of the Lancashire County Council (Church Gateway Junction) Compulsory Purchase Order 2018

On 9 November 2017, Cabinet approved the use of the county council's compulsory purchase powers to acquire the necessary land and rights of access for improvements at the Blackburn Road and Market Street, Church, Accrington junction and authorised the preparation of a Compulsory Purchase Order for the scheme.

 

It is now proposed to take all the necessary procedural steps in connection with making and advertising of The Lancashire County Council (Church Gateway – Junction Improvement At Market Street And Blackburn Road, Church, Accrington) Compulsory Purchase Order 2018.
