8.	Date of Next Meeting and Programme of Meetings for 2023 / 24 The next meeting of the Combined City Deal Executive and Stewardship Board is scheduled to be held on 11^th July 2023 at 2pm in Committee Room 'C' – The Duke of Lancaster Room at County Hall, Preston. In addition further dates for 2023/24 have been scheduled as follows: · 3^rd October 2023 – 2pm · 5^th December 2023 – 2pm · 19^th March 2024 – 2pm All to be held at County Hall, Preston.
9.	Exclusion of the Press and Public The Executive and Stewardship Board are asked to consider whether, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, it considers that the public should be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business on the grounds that there would be a likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in the appropriate paragraph of Part I of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as indicated against the heading to the item.
