This report requests consideration of funding for highway maintenance works on a section of Heyhouses Lane, Fylde.  A request for this work was identified during the development process for the 2016/17 Local Priority Response Fund, by a divisional county councillor but was not put forward for funding.  Although this section of road has been identified as a potential future scheme, it has not been included in the proposed 2017/18 highways capital programme.

The works is estimated to cost £65,000 and could be funded from the additional 2016/17 Department for Transport (DfT) Highways capital grant of £0.700m.
