County Councillor Phillippa Williamson moved the report of the Cabinet from its meetings on 7 July 2022 and 8 September 2022, together with the annual reports of the Council Champions considered by Cabinet at its meeting on 8 September 2022 and details of urgent key decisions taken since the last meeting of Full Council, in accordance with Standing Order C22.
