The overall management, coordination and
monitoring of Overview and Scrutiny, to ensure the general
effectiveness and development of the county council's Overview and
Scrutiny Committees for the benefit of the people of
Lancashire.
The membership of the committee consists of 12
County Councillors, including the 4 Chairs of the other Overview
and Scrutiny Committees.
